Caldwell & Robinson Women in Leadership Reception – An All Ireland Perspective

The latest Caldwell & Robinson Women in Leadership reception brought together another impressive mix of clients, colleagues and guests to celebrate women leading with purpose across law and business.

The highlight of the evening was an inspiring conversation between Karen O’Leary, Senior Partner and Head of Family & Child Law, and EIlvena Graham OBE, exploring EIlvena’s extensive and impressive leadership journey. Their discussion offered both personal and practical reflections on navigating excellence and leadership in both parts of Ireland.

Jade O’Kane, Partner and Head of Caldwell & Robinson’s Private Client team, and Joanna Burns, Family Law Solicitor in Caldwell & Robinson’s Belfast Office, book-ended the main event with their own experiences of leadership and excellence..
